Project Kalpa, Bhairahawa.

Social Experiment Project · August 2024

A 25-day on-the-ground social experiment in rural Bhairahawa, reaching 400 school students across the project window.

Our team transformed local educational access by establishing a small library, running literacy programs, and seeding creative and digital initiatives designed to outlast our visit. The work taught me how quickly carefully-designed interventions can compound — and how much the unglamorous logistics matter.

Industrial Experience Project.

KUSOM BBA · 8-Week Engagement · August 2025

An eight-week Industrial Experiential Project completed as part of the BBA programme at Kathmandu University School of Management — the curriculum's dedicated bridge between classroom theory and professional practice.

The project produced a structured report combining primary observation, interviews, and applied financial analysis, and gave me my first sustained exposure to how decisions actually get made inside an operating business.

Rotaract — Three Executive Years.

Patan Durbar Square · 2022 — Present

A multi-year arc through executive office at the Rotaract Club of Patan Durbar Square — Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President and President Elect — paired with a year-long Zonal Event & Fund Management Chair role under ZRR Regan Maharjan.

Across these years I planned, budgeted, and helped execute zonal activities for multiple clubs, with direct financial accountability. The role doubles as a long-running case study in volunteer organisation: how to keep momentum when no one is paid to show up.
